Child AbuseProcedures for staff (mandatory reporters)?or anyone who needs?to report child abuse or?neglect Everyone should report child abuse if they suspect it. At PSD, every employee is considered a mandatory reporter. All staff take a?mandatory reporter training and?have a responsibility to keep students and our community safe. Those who are?unsure about?reporting, should ask their?supervisor for assistance or call student services at 970-490-3033. For those still unsure:?It?is better to report concerns than not report them. If you suspect child abuse or neglect, take this action: 1)?PSD staff and community members:?Call the at: 970-498-6990 and provide them with an oral report. 2) PSD Staff:?You must also complete the required Known or Suspected Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment Reporting Form and submit it to Larimer County Department of Human Services at?hubstaff@co.larimer.co.us. |
